Due to the 3D-printing process, minor surface variations or visible layer lines may appear on the final product. This is a natural characteristic of additive manufacturing and does not affect the product’s performance, durability, or safety when properly installed.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Accepted payment methods: Revolut, Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Prices are shown in EUR (€) and include/exclude VAT depending on your location.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate order and shipping details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Greece, EU, worldwide.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, strikes, or force majeure events.
5. Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order (EU Consumer Rights Directive).
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Custom or personalized 3D-printed items are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Warranty
All products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 Year
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website (logos, images, product designs, text) is owned by Emmanouilidis Design and protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Website.
Motorcycle parts should be installed and used responsibly. We are not responsible for improper installation or usage.
