At emmanouilidisdesign.com, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or personalized 3D-printed items may require additional production time. You will be notified if processing takes longer.

  • If a product is listed as “Backorder,” it indicates that the item is currently out of stock and will be crafted to order.

    The estimated production lead time for backordered items is approximately 5–7 business days prior to dispatch.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We ship orders via trusted courier and postal services.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value (when applicable).


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Greece: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 5–10 business days

  • International (outside EU): 10–20 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs checks, courier delays, or force majeure events.


4. International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship worldwide unless otherwise specified.

  • Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

  • Some economy shipping methods may not include tracking.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

  • Certain oversized or restricted items may have limited delivery options.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us.

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

  • Please note that delays beyond our control (strikes, customs, weather) are not grounds for automatic refunds.


8. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
