2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom-made or personalized 3D-printed parts.
Items manufactured specifically to your specifications.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or improper handling.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
